Judy Michaud

President - Owner

Judy Michaud is a Metis businesswoman, and the founder and President of Transglobal Business Group Inc. and Oho Education. She has spent the past 24 years serving community leaders and members of communities by customizing programs and courses to directly meet their needs. In February 2020, Judy was presented with an award for Inspirational Teacher and Mentor from Northeast Native Advancing Society for her dedication of time and commitment, and outstanding leadership and inspiration to students, sister services industry and stakeholder partners in northeast British Columbia. She has also been nominated by Women’s Enterprise in BC for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards - Presented by Women of Influence in February 2020 and March 2021.

Over the years her passion for project management and proposal writing has helped her clients bring in over $18 million. This passion for providing programs to fill a need in communities led to partnering with Ellen Huse from E. Huse and Associates to develop a 7-month Indigenous Community Development Program, online, led by both Ellen and Judy.

With extensive background in finance and operations Judy also began a partnership with Joan Kleinsteuber from Universal Human Resources designing leadership training, retreats and online courses for Indigenous staff and leaders. The team hosts an online conference that is free for emerging leaders and leaders called "Lead To Achieve" and has become quite popular. Check out one of their free recorded conferences here.

Joan Kleinsteuber

Human Resources - CPHR

Joan is a versatile and experienced Chartered Human Resources Professional (CPHR) and Certified Coach that has assisted with the many aspects of managing an efficient and effective workplace for businesses in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Alberta.

She has experience working in private, public, not-for-profit, union, and non-union organizations in a variety of industries. With over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Management, and Finance, Joan offers her clients personalized, expert advice on a variety of Human Resource matters and workforce strategies.

She is passionate about helping leaders and teams and provides HR services that contribute in successfully balancing the objectives of the organization and the needs of the employees. Joan understands that planning for growth, cultivating positive workplace cultures, training, and developing leaders and employees, improving employee productivity, and workplace balance are essential to business success and she’s here to help, one solution at a time.

Cheryl neurauter

Administrator/Bookkeeper

Cheryl Neurauter has worked with the Transglobal team for over 16 years, dedicated and loyal to the team.  Cheryl provides support with the day to day operations of the company. 


Her expertise lies in bookkeeping, and creative design.  


She designs our marketing materials, pens, key chains, shirts, banners, etc.  With a passion as an artist her keen eye for color and layout is an asset when developing new courses and programs for our students.


She is exceptionally talented in learning new software online and supporting our clients when they need reports, video editing, and more. Spending long hours in the detail of editing videos for our online training program, Cheryl is sure to catch any errors before the work is published.


Our clients love working with Cheryl on special projects because they know she will deliver accurate, quality reports on time and easy to follow.  Making their reporting to funders much easier.


Our partners in training also count on Cheryl to support them when we are working on team programs with tight deadlines and presentations that much be done well and on time.
